GOD IS FAITHFUL

In the country of Armenia, in 1988, Samuel and Danielle sent their young son, Armand, off to school. Samuel squatted before his son and looked him in the eye. "Have a good day at school, and remember, no matter what, I’ll always be there for you." They hugged and the boy ran off to school.

Hours later, a powerful earthquake rocked the area. In the midst of the pandemonium, Samuel and Danielle tried to discover what happened to their son but they couldn’t get any information. The radio announced that there were thousands of casualties.  Samuel then grabbed his coat and headed for the schoolyard. When he reached the area, what he saw brought tears to his eyes. Armand’s school was a pile of debris. Other parents were standing around crying.

Samuel found the place where Armand’s classroom used to be and began pulling a broken beam off the pile of rubble.  He then grabbed a rock and put it to the side, and then grabbed another one.

One of the parents looking on asked, "What are you doing?"   "Digging for my son," Samuel answered. The man then said, "You’re just going to make things worse! The building is unstable," and tried to pull Samuel away from his work.

Samuel just kept working. As time wore on, one by one, the other parents left. Then a worker tried to pull Samuel away from the rubble.  Samuel looked at him and said, "Won’t you help me?"   The worker left and Samuel kept digging.

All through the night and into the next day, Samuel continued digging.  Parents placed flowers and pictures of their children on the ruins.  But, Samuel just kept working.  He picked up a beam and pushed it out of the way when he heard a faint cry. "Help! Help!"  Samuel listened but didn’t hear anything again.  Then he heard a muffled voice, "Papa?"

Samuel began to dig furiously.  Finally he could see his son.  "Come on out, son!" he said with relief.

"No," Armand said.  "Let the other kids come out first because I know you’ll get me."  Child after child emerged until, finally, little Armand appeared.  Samuel took him in his arms and Armand said, "I told the other kids not to worry because you told me that you’d always be there for me!"

Fourteen children were saved that day because one father was faithful.

How much more faithful is our heavenly Father!  Whether trapped by fallen debris or ensnared by life’s hardships and struggles, we are never cut off from God’s faithfulness.  He is true to His character.  He is reliable and trustworthy and can always be counted on.

Deuteronomy 7:9 "Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; He is the faithful God, keeping His covenant of love to a thousand generations…"

1 Corinthians 1:9 - God, who has called you into fellowship with his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, is faithful.

Psalm 37:28, "For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever"

LESSON FOR ALL WOMEN

Two young ladies arrived in a Meeting wearing clothes that were quite revealing their body parts. Here is what the Chairman told them: He took a good look at them and made them sit. Then he said something that, they might never forget in their life. He looked at them straight in the eyes and said; "ladies, everything that God made valuable in this world is well covered and hardly to see, find or get.
1. Where do you find diamonds? Deep down in the ground, covered and protected.
2. Where do you find pearls? Deep down at the bottom of the ocean, covered up and protected in a beautiful shell.
3. Where do you find gold? Way down in the mine, covered over with layers of rock and to get them, you have to work hard & dig deep down to get them.
He looked at them with serious eyes and said;
"Your body is sacred & unique" You are far more precious than gold, diamonds and pearls, and you should be covered too."So he added that, if you keep your treasured mineral just like gold, diamond and pearls, deeply covered up, a reputable mining organization with the requisite machinery will fly down and conduct years of extensive exploration.
First, they will contact your government (family), sign professional contracts (wedding) and mine you professionally( legal marriage).But if you leave your precious minerals uncovered on the surface of the earth, you always attract a lot of illegal miners to come and mine you illegally. Everybody will just pick up their crude instruments and just have a dig on you just freely like that. Keep your bodies deeply covered so that it invite professional miners to chase you.
Let us all encourage our wives, fiancées, friends and daughters to dress well and decent.

BECAUSE DAVID STAYED AT HOME

Have you ever wondered why David, the man after God’s heart so easily committed adultery with Bathsheba? As I thought about this, I noticed that it all happened because David stayed at home instead of going to war as everyone else were doing.

2 Samuel 11 says, In the spring, at the time when kings go off to war, David sent Joab out with the king’s men and the whole Israelite army. They destroyed the Ammonites and besieged Rabbah. But David remained in Jerusalem. Why David chooses to stay at home is unknown, but this very adultery with Bathsheba would have been avoided if only he went with all other to war as usual. 

You must have heard the popular saying that goes, "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." Sure, it was while David was at home doing nothing, that satan entered into his heart, and he began to walk on the corridor looking outside, until his eyes caught this beautiful woman who was naked because he was taking her bath, and this act of adultery mas made possible.

In the same way, many believers are like david today, instead of getting actively involved in God's work, most of them just relax doing nothing. Even when they get to church, instead of getting actively involved in serving and worshipping, they just relax in church, looking at those ladies who dress half-naked to church in the name of fashion, and before they realize, they have fallen into various kinds of immorality. 

May God help us to do what needs to be done, so that we will not fall into temptations in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

When God created woman he was working late on the 6th day.......

An angel came by and asked." Why spend so much time on her?"

The lord answered. "Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her?"

She must function on all kinds of situations,
She must be able to embrace several kids at the same time,
Have a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart,
She must do all this with only two hands,"
She cures herself when sick and can work 18 hours a day"

THE ANGEL was impressed" Just two hands.....impossible!

And this is the standard model?"

The Angel came closer and touched the woman"
"But you have made her so soft, Lord".
"She is soft", said the Lord,
"But I have made her strong. You can't imagine what she can endure and overcome"

"Can she think?" The Angel asked...
The Lord answered. "Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate"

The Angel touched her cheeks....
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her"
"She is not leaking...it is her tears" The Lord corrected the Angel…

"What's it for?" Asked the Angel..... .
The Lord said. "Tears are her way of expressing her grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering and her pride."...

This made a big impression on the Angel,
"Lord, you are a genius. You thought of everything.
A woman is indeed marvellous"

Lord said."Indeed she is.
She has strength that amazes a man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love and opinions.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying, cries when happy and laughs when afraid.
She fights for what she believes in.

Her love is unconditional.
Her heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but she finds strength to get on with life"

The Angel asked: So she is a perfect being?
The lord replied: No. She has just one drawback
"She often forgets what she is worth".

Please, don't miss the point of the Gospel message, because we are now in the time where many people wake up in the morning, open their Facebook pages and look for only messages that will pronounce blessings, so that they can type Amen.
Listen attentively, the Gospel message is not about blessings, but it's all about your Salvation. So, when you pursue after blessings, you miss the salvation, but if you go after your salvation, when you get it, all your blessings are already included in the package of salvation.
Hebrews 12:14 says, Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. Sure, you follow after peace and holiness, not after blessings, and when you do, your blessing is sure and certain. Yes, understand that just as your body needs food and water, so also your soul needs the TRUTH of the word of God.

JESUS KIND OF LOVE

Going to church does not prove that we are followers of Jesus, but the way we love others does. So it is, because even the devil goes to church and he is not a follower of Jesus. Very true.

Jesus said in John 13:34-35, A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Very sure, and you will not understand this kind of love until somebody hurts you. Yes, when somebody you didn't expect, even your spouse, a member of your household or church hurts you so bad, and you still find a way to forgive and love them, then and only then you are a true follower of Jesus Christ.

Thus, as we go to worship God today, may God help us to have this kind of love, so that we could be true representatives of Jesus in this present world in Jesus name.

BECAUSE SHE HAS A GUN

A young woman, who was so much worried about the insurgencies, brutality and murder, happening in the Middle-East, haven thought about her own insecurity and being concerned about what might happen to her, decided to get a gun for her self protection, and she always carry this gun fully loaded anywhere she goes.

But for five months since she began carrying this gun, nothing happened. However, in the sixth month, she went to local store as usual, bought what she wanted, and when she came back to the parking lot, she found out that four men were sitting in a care that looked exactly like hers.

This woman, without any question stared at these men and screamed at them, "What are you guys doing in my car, will you guys get out of my car? These guys being surprised by her actions wanted to ask questions, but this woman reached down into her bag, pulled out a gun, pointed at them, and ordered them to leave her car, and these guys had no choice but to run for their dear lives, and the woman followed them to make sure that they leave the area.

When the smoke was clear, this woman came back only to find out that this very car was not her car, and that her own car that looked exactly as this very car, was three cars away from this very car in which those guys were sitting. The woman then regretted her actions, and drove her car away.

Morale lessons about this scenario:

* Because she carried a gun, she was not careful enough to check and make sure that the car in question was not hers.
* Because she has a gun, she did not care to listen to what the guys have to say.
* Because she has a gunn, she took laws into her hands
* Now, If she did not carry a gun, she would be patient enough to ask questions, and all those dangerous and life-threatening actions would be prevented.

Thus, with this scenario, do you still think that ordinary people should have a gun? I think it is better not to have a gun,  so that everyone could live peaceably with each other. May God help us in Jesus name. You are so much blessed.

1). Never raise your voice for any reason to your husband. Its a sign of disrespect.(Prov 15v1)
2). Don't expose your husband's weaknesses to your family and friends. It will bounce back at you.You are each other's keeper.(Eph 5v12)
3). Never use attitudes and moods to communicate to your husband, you never know how your husband will interpret them. Defensive women don't have a happy home.(Prov 15v13)
4). Never compare your husband to other men, you've no idea what their life is all about. If you attack his Ego, his Love for you will diminish.
5). Never ill treat your husband's friends because you don't like them, the person who's supposed to get rid of them is your husband.(Prov 11v22)
6). Never forget that your husband married you, not your maid or anyone else. Do your duties.(Gen 2v24)

10). Never pretend to be sick for the purpose of denying your husband sex. You must give it to him how he wants it. JESUS, THE GREATEST GIFT TO US

John 3:16-17 Says, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
I've seen that the reason many people have not accepted Jesus is because he was given to us as a FREE GIFT, and many people do not value something that is free. If God allowed Jesus to be born in the house of Herod, by now, people will be paying gate fee just to go an see him. But God, in his infinite wisdom made it in such a way that even the wretchest person could have access to him.
For those who have not known this greatest gift of all times, understand that he did not come to condemn anybody, but he came to save you and give you abundant life.
So, if you know you have this gift of JESUS, can I get an overcoming Amen here. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.
