As we continue to look at the circumstances surrounding the birth of Jesus, it's very disturbing to discover that somebody missed a life-time opportunity which would have been on record for ever.
Luke 2:6-7 says, And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.
Sure, if only the hotel manager have known the type child Jesus is, then he would have drove some people from some of the rooms, and give at least one room to Jesus, and latter on, they would have written a big sign post, "JESUS WAS BORN HERE," and by today, people will be visiting that very room for the record, but this man did not have a room for the King of glory, and he missed out of record.
Similarly, many people has filled up their hearts with many unnecessary things, and have left no room for Jesus in their heart. So, the question is, Have you any room for Jesus??? If not, I pray that the celebration of this Christmas will enable you to create a room for Jesus in your heart, so that you'll not miss out of the book of life in Jesus name. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.
