JESUS WANTS TO ENGAGE YOU ONE TO ONE

Jesus knows that there are times you will have problems and difficulties, but your pastor or that powerful man of God on which you depend so much, will not be around to help you. That's why Jesus wants to meet you and deal with you on individual bases. And that's why you continue to hear statements like these from Jesus: If you shall ask anything in my name, I'll do it, John 14:14; Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, Luke 10:19; "Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." Matthew 17:20.

Sure, Jesus wants you and every believer to experience this power which he has already made available. Thus, as you go to church today, don't just occupy any space in the church, but present yourself in such a way that Jesus could manifest himself to you. Seek to worship him and open up to him. He said in Revelation 3:20, Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

May you oh Lord Jesus, manifest yourself to as many as are willing to open up to you today, so that they will no longer be following the signs, but the signs will begin to follow them in the precious name of Jesus. Yes, he said these signs will follow them that believe. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

BIBLICAL MESSAGE WRITTEN IN THE SKIES OF LAS VEGAS

BIBLICAL MESSAGE WRITTEN IN THE SKIES OF LAS VEGAS

FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES TODAY, a skytyped message as seen by guests by the Azure Luxury Pool at The Palazzo Hotel, and many others along the Las Vegas strip (Credit: Daniel Wanderman via Instagram)It was hard to miss the mysterious writing in the sky above Las Vegas, Nevada this past weekend. No one claimed credit for the message, "FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES TODAY" that hung in puffs of white cloud in the early afternoon on Saturday, but many are talking about it.

Apparently skywriting is not an uncommon sight in Las Vegas, however, I have never seen it.  In January, actor Shia LeBouf took his apology for allegedly plagiarizing a graphic artist's work to the sky saying, "I am sorry Daniel Clowes." The Skytypers fly 5 small airplanes in a tight formation while a computer releases environmentally friendly puffs that spell out the message that has been ordered. Their website explains that "skytyping is literally 1,000 times larger than any road side or aerial billboard... and delivers a lower cost per thousand [viewers] than any other medium."

I have to say, their method certainly seems to work. Last Saturday's message drew the attention of so many social media users who posted pictures of the overhead sermon that it ended up in international publications. While the message "FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES TODAY" is not an exclusively biblical message, it is certainly a central theme of Christianity.

Paul wrote the Colossians telling them to "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you" (3:13).  To the Ephesians he wrote, "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you" (4:31-32).

Jesus did not dance around the subject; he taught, "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you" (Luke 6:27-28), and explained further that "If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who are good to you, what credit is that to you? Even sinners do that" (6:32-33). "But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High, because he is kind to the ungrateful and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful" (6:35-36).

I always have the same reaction when I read the parable Jesus told about the unmerciful servant.  First, I am filled with indignation and disgust for the servant who was forgiven the debt of 10,000 bags of gold and then went out and "found one of his fellow servants who owed him a hundred silver coins.... grabbed him and began to choke him, [demanding] 'Pay back what you owe me!'" (Matthew 18:28).  Second, I am reminded how much I have been forgiven and how my behavior mirrors this ungrateful servant when I do not forgive those who have wronged me.

The skytyping that appeared over Las Vegas was not a miraculous message from God.  But it is God's message to you and me.  Who comes to mind when you read God's message, "FORGIVE YOUR ENEMIES TODAY"?

EXPERIENCING REAL SEXUAL INTIMACY

EXPERIENCING REAL SEXUAL INTIMACY

God created sex and He created it good. When He sees a married couple enjoying sex and having fun and pleasuring each other, He says that is very good. The devil doesn't want us to believe that, of course. He wants us to think of God as looking at us in disapproval saying, "Oh, cut it out. I didn't mean that!"That is a lie.If you think of God as anti-sex or think of sex as shameful, get those thoughts out of your mind.

When God created Adam and Eve, they were naked and unashamed. Shame didn't enter their lives until they listened to the devil.Sex in marriage is wonderful and beautiful and something God has given us to enhance our relationship. We should enjoy it without any guilt whatsoever.

Another sexual lie is pornography. When a man views porn, it changes the way he looks at women. He begins to objectify and disrespect them. Pornography under-emotionalizes and hyper-sexualizes women. Men who watch it or view it end up thinking, "I wish my wife was like that."Guys, those are not real women. For a real woman, sexual intimacy is tied up with emotion. She begins to feel sexual when she and her husband connect first on an emotional level. Men must reject the lie of pornography. Meanwhile, women must reject the lies of romance novels, soap operas, and romantic movies and television. Those are emotional pornography. They are the opposite of visual porn, because they under-sexualize and hyper-emotionalize men.

Women watch these shows and read these books and think, "I wish my husband would just hold me like that" or "I wish he would just sit and talk with me like that." But those are not real men. While women are put in touch with their sexuality through their emotions, men are put in touch with their emotions through sex. God created us to balance each other. We have to come out of our world and enter into their world and love each other sacrificially. That's the biggest step toward finding true sexual fulfillment in marriage: We must approach sex with a sacrificial, servant spirit.

This requires us to understand that the things we desire in sex are not necessarily what our spouse desires. Soon after getting married, many couples realize their sexual desires are not quite in sync. The majority of men find that they are more sexual than their wives. Wives discover they are more emotional than their husbands. In your married life, rarely are you both going to experience all the lights turning on for both of you at the same time—when your emotions and your sexuality both reach a perfect crescendo together.

But this shouldn't matter, because approaching sex with a servant spirit means you choose to meet your spouse's sexual and emotional needs…regardless of whether they line up with your own. Don't believe the devil's lies about sex, and remember that sexual intimacy begins with sacrifice and servanthood. The greatest marriages are created from two servants in love.

COMFORTED BY GOD TO COMFORT OTHERS

Have you ever started using the word of God to comfort those who have problems in their lives? God allowed you to go through whatever you are going through, so that you will gain the knowledge that will enable you to comfort others in their own problem.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 says, Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;  Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. Sure, you are comforted by God so that you can comfort others.

Now, concerning anyone having any problems, we are here to comfort you, and if you can humbly type Amen here, may God visit you today, and turn all your sorrows into joy in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

CHILDREN OF GOD ARE CALLED TO OBEY

Are you a child of God and you are giving your parents hard time, or do you find it difficult to obey them in all things? The parents we are talking about here are not only your biological parents, but those who take care of you in church and at school.
Ephesians 6:1-3 says, Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right. Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise;) That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
Thus, for it to be well with you as the Bible says, you'll need to obey, and may God grant our children the ability to obey in Jesus name. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

IS GOD BEATING YOU UP AT ALL?

If you continue to commit sin freely, and nobody cautions you whenever you do something bad, beware, you might be on a highway to hell.

Hebrews 12:5-7 says, And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

Sure, whenever you commit any sin or do something bad, if somebody is able to tell you that what you did was wrong, don't feel bad, instead, begin to rejoice because God loves you so much, and he wants you to repent so you could be with him in heaven. So, check yourself daily. Be blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

ARE YOU ABOUT GOD'S BUSINESS?

Are you actually doing God's business, or are just minding your own business? How can you tell if you are doing God's business? You'll know you are doing God's business if you are always very eager to talk about Jesus and to share God's word with people everyday, and a day will not pass by without you sharing God's word with people.

Luke 2:46-49 says about Jesus, And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers. And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

Sure, we must be about our Father's business. Now, it's another Sunday, so, don't just go to church to run after the blessings, instead, look for ways that you can do God's business. You could begin today by inviting and adding people to this group, so they could have access to the undiluted word of God and live right. May God empower you to do business for him in Jesus name. You are blessed. Jesus loves you and I do too.

HOW BIG OUR GOD IS

HOW BIG OUR GOD IS
Isaiah 66:1 says, Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
Just imagine somebody like this, whose throne on which he sits is in heaven, and his feet are here on earth, how big do you think such a person will be? Thus, Instead of telling God how big your problem is, why not begin to tell your problem how big your God is? Sure, our God is much more bigger than what you think.
Therefore, be rest assured that no matter how big your problem might be, they will surely dissolve before your God, because our God is bigger than everything that trouble you. Now, if you know that your God is bigger than any problem you have, begin to rejoice and stamp a big Amen here. You are blessed.
Jesus loves you and I do too.
