SEE YOURSELF AS GOD SEES YOU

It is very necessary that we as children of God begin to see ourselves as God sees us. Yet many believers even though they've know whom God is, how God behaves and what God can do, always make the same mistake of going around belittling themselves based on their current situation.

When Gideon was called to save the Israelites, just like most of us today, all he saw was his situation that was unfair, and begin to make these complains, "And he said unto him, Oh my Lord, wherewith shall I save Israel? behold, my family is poor in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father's house." Judges 6:15. Yes, this is exactly what most of us are saying about our situations. We continue to say one thing or the other. But here is God's perspective of Gideon, "And the angel of the LORD appeared unto him, and said unto him, The LORD is with thee, thou mighty man of valour." Judges 6:12. 

Sure, God does not look at any present situation or whatever you are facing right now, but whatever your situation might be, God sees you based on what He has placed in you. God sees you as a mighty man of valour, not a person defeated by ugly situation. God sees you as someone through whom He will show his power, not someone who can't make it, etc and etc.

Therefore, from today, begin to see yourself as God sees you, and you'll see how you'll live a fulfilling life. May God cause a transformation is you, so that you'll begin to see yourself as God sees you in Jesus name. Jesus loves you and I do too.

THERE'S POWER IN PRAISING GOD

Do you have any problem that is so though and overwhelming to the extent that you don't even know what to do next? Instead of sitting down and complaining of how bad your day is, and how tough your situation had been, why not begin  to sing and to praise God today?

In Acts 16, Paul and Silas were arrested and ended up in jail before they even thought of preaching the Gospel which was the main purpose for which they came to that city of Thyatira. But while they were in chains, instead of complaining and questioning God for letting them go to prison, the Bible says that they began to sing and to praise God, and while they were singing and praising God, the foundations of the prison were shaken, their chains fell off and they were set free.

Remember, Paul and Silas did not begin to sing and praise God because they were free, but they were free because they began to sing and to praise God.

Therefore, understand that when you begin to sing and praise God today, the foundations of the prison that held you down will be shaken, and all your chains will fall off in Jesus name, new doors of opportunity will open for you, your problems will give way, and you'll rise up victoriously in Jesus name. Remain blessed.

CAN YOU TAKE UP THE BEATING THAT OTHERS MAY GAIN CHRIST?

A Muslim, who just received the Lord Jesus Christ in USA, went to his home town in India to share his new belief with his family and friends. After telling them the good news, 4 men of his family and friends rose up and gave him a thorough beating to the extent that he was sick. At the same night, after he had prayed, the Lord Jesus appeared to him in a vision and said to him, ”Welldone son, you’ve done a good job, I will make those your enemies to be your friends.”
The following morning, those 4 men who gave this believer a thorough beating came to him, and apologized to him, and confessed all the evil that they did to him. The man forgave them, preached the Gospel to them again, and they all received The Lord Jesus Christ. Today, that believer is a pastor, and those Muslim enemies are now Christians.
Honestly, most of you can not afford taking up the beating like this man did; but at least, you can hit the share button on your computer to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to these types of people.

WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUEROR

Satan has never won any battle he has with God.

The first time that he fought with God, he lost his estate in heaven.
The second time he fought with God, he lost his hands and legs, and today he's crawling on his belly as snake.

Very recently that he fought with God, he lost his head when Jesus bruised his head at Calvary.
Therefore, in whatever battle he has with us as dear children of God, he cannot win because we are more than conquerors through Christ that loves us and lives in us. Romans 8:37.

GOD'S KIND OF LOVE IS NOT BLIND

People always say that love is blind, but it is not. The fact is that real love does not consider physical appearance, but overlooks people's faults and accept them even when they don't deserve it.

Romans 5:8 says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Sure, that is what happens when you have God's kind of love, you'll not consider people's physical appearance, and you'll accept them even when they are not good to you, and you'll do good to them even when they don't deserve it.

May God help us to have His own kind of love, so that we could reach out to people, and transform the world around us in Jesus name.

GOD HAS EVERYTHING IN PLACE FOR YOU

GOD HAS EVERYTHING IN PLACE FOR YOU
Do you know that God has already provided everything you need succeed and prosper in this world, and those things are already here on earth? Think about it for a second, all those things used to manufacture the clothes we wear, the houses we live in, the goods we use, the cars, air planes and anything you can think of, even the cell phones you have, where do you think those things come from? Do they fall from heaven, are they not here on earth? Sure, all these things are already here on earth.

But haw do we get them? What happens is that all the manufacturers have a particular thought that came to them to do these things, and these thoughts actually come from God, and when they obey that voice in their heart, and gets up to do what the voice says, they will then produce all these things that we see.

In the same way, just like the manufacturers, everyone including you has the same ability, and an inner voice telling you to do something, if you can follow that voice, obey and do what he says, you'll see your dreams coming true. Surely, God already has everything in place for you to use and excel.

ACTIVATE THE POWER IN YOU

Do you feel you are powerless, or you are not operating on the level of power you expected as a child of God? Then listen, and understand that the secret of activating that power in you is to begin to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Romans 1:16 says, "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: FOR IT IS THE POWER OF GOD unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." Sure, the power you need to excel, triumph and operate as a child of God is contained in preaching the word of God. Which means, the more you preach, the more powerful you will become as a Christian.

I am not leaking out a secret, but this is a FACT. So, if you need this power today, and have not been preaching, just begin to do it here, and you'll see how powerful you'll be as a child of God. You are so much blessed.

What we don't like and what needs to change - Let's tell them

Muslims very often come up with the argument that we are racist or hateful towards them. In reality, we have nothing against Muslims and Islam is not a race, it is a religion. We don't hate Muslims or any other religious people. In fact, they are part of our daily lives and very close friends or family members as well. What we hate is the cruel barbaric teachings and the atrocious acts committed in the name of those teachings. We don't hate any Muslims, but we do have a problem with verses like the following in the Qur'an:

- Quran (8:12) - "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them" No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle.

Or Bible:

- Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death. Such evil must be purged from Israel. (Deuteronomy 17:12 NLT)

Or:

- A man or a woman who acts as a medium or fortuneteller shall be put to death by stoning; they have no one but themselves to blame for their death. (Leviticus 20:27 NAB)

The Quran alone contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding.

I would like to make this post into an educational one and try to let Muslims or any other religious fanatics know about what we don't like with regards to their religion. This is to try and send a strong message that we don't hate any of them. That we will start trusting them when you start condemning and stop preaching about all the barbaric / nonsensical / ridiculous / unscientific aspects of your religions.

Let's SHARE what we don't like about Islam, and any other religious teachings that need a revamp towards love and compassion. Tell us what you don't like and what needs to change. Let's educate them a bit and I hope that the Islamic haters won't start a ruckus about this one like they use to.
